Description
This 0.5s image on the 16" Wayback Machine was taken of the crescent moon with a 6 nm SII filter to control the brightness. It shows that the entire moon fits in the field-of-view of a 16" f/9 scope at a focal length of 3550 mm due to the large KAF9000 CCD in this Alta U9000 camera ~ 1/2 deg square field
